      <image:caption>I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and sunny soul from Redondo Beach, California who loves to inspire others for greatness. My mantra is to leave humanity better than I found it, and I achieve this through coaching leaders to live by their values and strengths at the forefront. I went to university at UCSB and earned an honors double major in Communications and Spanish and studied abroad twice- in Merida, Mexico and Granada, Spain. What lead me to coaching was my craving to help people identify their strengths and live a life with balance and purpose. My training is through Co-Active Training Institute a worldwide leader in professional coach development. I am committed to empowering leaders who lead engaged teams with balance and care. From my time being a manager at Target to my world travels, I know there is a new iteration of leadership that is possible. In my spare time I love all things outdoors- rock climbing, backpacking, yoga, mountain &amp; road biking, snowboarding and camping.       <image:title>Onboarding - Starting off on the strongest foot.</image:title>
      <image:caption>Team member engagement begins before the first day. Retaining talent is an identified priority for companies across the board and yet, seems to consistently be an area for improvement. Onboarding coaching can provide a critical link between the new talent and the company, increasing success in role by up to 50%. It is an empowering space for leaders to be able to talk through their vision, navigate new relationships with the team, and identify strengths that will be forefront in the new position. This is a new way to approach the delicate probationary period by offering support to team members new in role by showing that getting the “buy in” is a two way street- the team member must be equally bought in to the company as the company is in the team member. This is an active process of creating a bespoke program between coach &amp; coachee that balances coaching, consulting, &amp; mentoring based on level of leadership. Leaders want to feel supported and make the most impact they can, and having 1:1 support gets them started on the best foot by creating a foundation that is based on strengths, curiosity, and values. Millenials and Gen Z leaders seek fulfillment and purpose in their work, and when their strengths are harnessed, there is no stopping them. The future of leadership is evolving, and so should the approach to onboarding leaders.</image:caption>
